We Need You!
The “Air” Wahoos Dive Team cannot function without your support. Please make sure the Team Representative (Karin or Chris) know how you can contribute.
Dive Meet Set-up/Tear-down
For home meets the pool furniture will need to be arranged to support spectator seating as well as officials seating and a scorers table. Additionally, set-up of canopies and a sound system are required. Many hands make this a small task.
Dive Meet Officials
Several officials are required to run an efficient event whether home or away. Clinics and training is provided for these positions.
- Referee (home meets only)
- Judges (2 for home meets / 3 for away meets)
- Meet Secretary (home meets only)
- Scorers/Table workers (2 for all meets)
- Announcer (home meets only)
Concessions
The Wahoo Cafe is an important part of fundraising each for both the team and the pool. We need volunteers to shop for supplies, prepare food and work during the meets.
Social activities
We have a number of social activities that need both a lead and additional volunteers, please reach out if you are interested!
